There are two components to this:
- Are there people in your marketplace looking for your service and specialization (i.e. industrial, office, warehouse, sublease, etc.)? If the answer is no, then it does not matter if you rank in Google and you do not need SEO (search engine optimization). But if the answer is Yes, we move on to #2.
- What position are you ranked in and exactly how will it translate into traffic to your website, which you will turn into a lead and hopefully, some of that into new business?
